Utilising 15 years of logistics experience ranging from Defence Forces to complex deep-sea diving expeditions, assisted Sagi with development of revolutionary real time logistics solutions tailor made for e-commerce unique requirements.
Sagi was selected to be part of Israel’s unique ‘Amirim’ education program at the age of 14. This involved enrollment into one of Israel’s leading universities at this young age, providing Sagi with the unique learning tools to become an innovative entrepreneur.
The ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking, with the Israeli start-up mentality morphed ADSone into a market leader providing innovative logistics solutions.
Analysed and successfully reconfigured a complex consortium relationship between a group of Tier One Japanese suppliers to an Australian Motor Manufacturer worth in excess of $400m. Developed strategies to create an effective system of internal and external review, proper consultation and delivery of desired outcomes. This involved developing rapidly an understanding of the position of each party and the various layers of corporate and departmental management. In a tenuous and fragile environment he was able to create a positive and productive level of understanding and cooperation.
Graham, led a major Football League, with more than 14,000 players and officials, as Chairman and Board Director since 2005 to a significant improvement in performance, brand and balance sheet. During this period, sponsorship and other revenue and cash reserves have quadrupled.
Initiated the commercialisation of Australian Cricket. Transformed the game from reliance on third parties to independence. Established ACB Marketing, created the proposals, located and negotiated meaningful commercial sponsorships and lucrative national and international media rights fees. Presented the game to the public in a way that led to extremely positive outcomes in spectator attendance, viewer audiences and game participation.

Paul Greenberg is regarded as a pioneer of online retail in Australia. He co-founded Australia’s first online department store, DealsDirect, which has since gone on to list on the ASX. Prior to that he built a successful eBay business, Auctionbrokers, eBay’s first trading assistant model globally.
With a passion for a technology led, customer centric and global retail, he founded NORA.org.au, a peak retail industry body, in 2013, and is the executive chairman. The founding boards of NORA include the founders of Appliances Online, Shoes of Prey, Ozsale, Temple and Webster, The Nile, The Iconic and other luminaries.
Paul is a registered psychologist with a keen interest in organizational psychology. He is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors and has a portfolio of directorships and advisories in commerce and not for profit
